The Future of Remote Work

 

Covid - 19 has fundamentally changed the way the World works.

At the max height of the pandemic, With so many physical offices shut down a large number of employes forced to work from home. This rush to remote work spurred buisness investments in technologies to enable a remote work force and  keep buisnesses operating in any condition.

But once its finally safe to return to the offices, What will the future. Now that the Organizations have had a great taste of flexible work arrangements. Will there be a strong desire of Remote Work.

In July 2020 SWZD Study. We recorded that a 16% of the work force was Remote work before Covid-19 After the pandemic this number jumps from 16%  to 61%.


The Future of Remote Work

The January 2024 brought not only the 4th anniversary of Covid-19 Pandemic but also of the big leap in working from home it stimulated. And workers, buisnesses and economy are still trying to figure out. Recent analysis by leading Experts suggest a hybrid model Some time in home and some time in office is emerging and will be the future for many workers.

More and more jobs can be done from anywhere.

Digital Jobs which can be performed remotly from anywhere in the World. By 2030 These Digital jobs are estimated to grow by 25% to over 90 million roles.


In my Opnion Work from home can be super helpfull, It unlocks the whole World for Employees,
